- Lack of strategic direction -are the goals set up and tracked?
- Lack of communication and accountability - is the strategy communicated down the ranks? Are your incentives truly aligned with your strategy?
- Lack of execution - the strategy is defined and communicated, but it’s just not happening
- Lack of feedback, insight, and understanding - allows you to evolve with the marketplace
Paul also reiterated something that Rich Sloan focused on in last night’s keynote: you have to start with your life plan, and go from there.
