Wendy Piersall brought my attention to the Best of Blog Awards last week. I’m personally very interested in these awards, because they are specifically about bringing attention to relatively unknown blogs. It seems like most blog awards highlight excellent but very well known blogs, so it’s refreshing to see this contest, which requires that nominees have less than 100 unique visitors each day. This will be a great way to discover new, great-quality blogs.
Interested in getting your blog in the contest? Well, you can’t nominate yourself, but if you have a blog that qualifies, contact me and tell me your blog address and which category you fit in. I’ll review your blog and nominate it if I think it’s exceptional. Nominations end this Friday, February 16th, so get your requests in soon.
